RAJESH P. MANJRE is our Chairman & Managing Director. He is basiclly an Engineering graduate in Metallurgy & Masters in Business Administration specialised in Marketing. He is basically a Technocrat, obtained his Enginering Degree in Metallurgy ( BE : Metallurgy ) from Govt.College of Engineering, Pune after his Diploma in Metallurgy.

A good blend of Marketing & Finance expertise ( MBA Mktg & Diploma in Business Finance ) helped him to succeed in Manufacturing, Trading, Finance & Marketing field.

He is also the Director of Utthan Real Estate (I) Ltd, Utthan Credit Co-operative society, Utthan Mahila Udyog Ltd.., Nagpur. He is also running Aluminium manufacturing unit "Technostar Industries" and also deals in metals, ferro alloys and minerals trading. He is MARKETING PARTNER of many reputed real estate companies in & around Nagpur.

ARCHANA RAJESH MANJRE is a Software Engineer from Govt. College of Engineering, Amravati, Maharashtra. She served Software / IT industry for 11 plus valuable years. She is the Director of "Utthan Mahila Udyog", Nagpur and "Global Properties Ltd" Nagpur. Being expert in JAVA / J2EE & VB dot net, she basically worked on various technologies & developed various softwares for banks, industries, share market, etc..
